Child safety standards
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These standards apply to the Unra app (published on Google Play and the App Store by the developer “Unra”) and to everything shared in it. Unra is developed and operated by Sébastien Chevallaz, an independent developer based in Switzerland.
1. Zero tolerance
Unra prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This applies to every rating, review, list, comment, profile picture and message in the app.
It is forbidden to use Unra to:
- Share, request or link to any content that sexualises a minor.
- Contact, groom or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes, including sextortion.
- Promote, facilitate or normalise the abuse or trafficking of children.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unra. Your date of birth is asked when you sign up.
3. How to report
- In the app: every review, comment and profile can be reported (long-press a comment, or open the menu of a review or a profile). You can also block any user from their profile.
- By email: seb1024@hotmail.ch.
4. What we do
- We review every report, and child-safety reports first.
- Content that breaks these standards is removed and the account that posted it is terminated.
- Suspected CSAM is reported to the competent authorities: the NCMEC CyberTipline, the Swiss Federal Office of Police (fedpol) and, where relevant, the authorities of the country concerned. We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable child-safety laws.
5. Child safety contact
Sébastien Chevallaz — seb1024@hotmail.ch. He can answer any question about how Unra prevents and handles child sexual abuse material.
