Terms of service

1. Your agreement
By creating an Unra account or using the Unra app, you agree to these terms of service and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Unra.
2. Who we are
Unra is built and operated by Sébastien Chevallaz, a solo developer based in Switzerland ("we", "us"). You can reach us at seb1024@hotmail.ch.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unra. If you live somewhere that requires a higher minimum age for online services, you must meet that age too.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for anything that happens through your account. Please use a strong, unique password. If you think someone has gained access to your account, email us immediately.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the ratings, reviews, lists, and other content you create in Unra ("your content"). By posting content in Unra you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content inside the app so the service can function — nothing more.
You are responsible for your content. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Unra for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any other person, including other Unra users.
- Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app, the API, or our infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or repackage data from Unra (including other users' profiles) without our written permission.
- Use Unra to send spam or to artificially boost any rating or interaction.
7. Third-party services
If you choose to connect Spotify or YouTube to Unra, you also agree to the terms and policies of those services:
Unra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, YouTube, Google, Apple, or any other third party mentioned in the app.
8. Alpha and beta features
Unra is in active development. Some features are experimental and may change, behave unpredictably, or be removed without notice. We do our best to avoid surprises but ask for your patience.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm other users, or put the service at risk — in serious cases without warning.
10. Disclaimers
Unra is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unra and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, for free use, is zero.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you inside the app or by email before the change takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing to seb1024@hotmail.ch will be brought before the competent courts of Switzerland.
