Unra is built and supported by one person, Sébastien Chevallaz, in Switzerland. For any question, bug report or request, email seb1024@hotmail.ch. You will get an answer within 7 days, usually much sooner.
When reporting a bug, please mention your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Your account
No password? Unra signs you in with a code: on the sign-in screen, tap "Log in with a code", enter your email or username, then type the 6-digit code you receive by email.
Signed up with Apple or Google? Use the same button on the sign-in screen — there is no password to remember.
Private or public profile. You can switch at any time from your profile settings. A private profile is only visible to the friends you accept.
Delete your account
You can delete your Unra account and all your data at any time:
- In the app: open your profile → settings → "Erase account". Deletion is permanent and removes your ratings, reviews, lists, comments, friend connections and any YouTube tokens we hold.
- By email: if you no longer have the app, write to seb1024@hotmail.ch from the email address of your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

YouTube connection
Connecting YouTube is optional and read-only: Unra only reads the list of videos you liked. To disconnect, open your profile → settings → YouTube → Disconnect. You can also revoke Unra's access from Google's permissions page.
Report content or block someone
Ratings, reviews, lists and comments are written by Unra users. If you see something that breaks our terms — harassment, hate, illegal content:
- Report it in the app: long-press a comment, or open the menu (…) of a review or a profile, then choose "Report". We review every report and remove content that breaks the rules, usually within 24 hours.
- Block a user: open their profile → menu (…) → "Block". You stop seeing their content, the friendship is removed, and they can no longer add you or comment on your posts. Unblock at any time from your profile → settings → "Blocked accounts".
- By email: seb1024@hotmail.ch, with a link or a screenshot.
